Awesome News....Blade's bone marrow came back as NEGATIVE for leukemia blast. This means he is on his way to remission and feeling better. This also means that, as of right now, He will stay on the original treatment schedule and will not have to do the "extended induction" phase or have a bone marrow transplant (Thank God). He is a bit sick from the chemo treatment on Monday but hanging in there. I Love You Blade.
On another note: Brenda Nicholson, Harmony's Mom, is taking pledges to shave her head after the benefit ride on Oct. 23, 2010. She is going to donate her hair, which is very long, to "Loch's of Love" to make wigs for cancer patients. The deal goes like this - $1,000 raised she cuts 8", $1,500 raised she cuts 12", and $2,000 raised (Her goal) she shaves her head. All the $ raised will go to Blade. If anybody is interested in pledging please contact Harmony Miller. WOW, I think that is pretty cool.
